Thomas A. Cloud Sr. is an owner and Vice President and Secretary of CFR. Prior to forming CFR, Mr. Cloud was a Criminal Investigator Supervisor with the Pennsylvania State Police where he spent 26 years supervising and investigating various major crimes in his area. Mr. Cloud was the lead State investigator assigned to the task force responsible for the successful prosecution of the "Johnston Gang". Mr. Cloud has received training in fingerprint classification, forensic fingerprint lifting, interview techniques and intelligence collection. He has studied criminology at Villanova University. Mr. Cloud has served as Board Member and Vice President of the Crime Victims Board of Chester County and the Willowdale Chapel in Unionville, PA.
