Michael Mahaffy has been a member of the investigative staff at CFR for three years. Mr. Mahaffy is experienced in conducting accident scene investigations, including taking photographs, preparing sketches and taking measurements at accident scenes. He is experienced at conducting surveillances for various types of cases. Mr. Mahaffy also is experienced in conducting insurance claims investigations. Mr. Mahaffy is a graduate of West Chester University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice. He is also a member of the American Criminal Justice Association.
