James E. Feehery, Jr. is an owner and the President of CFR. Prior to forming CFR, Mr. Feehery was employed as a Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation for 25 years. Mr. Feehery investigated sophisticated white-collar crime in the areas of insurance and reinsurance fraud, securities fraud, financial institution fraud , money laundering and economic fraud. Mr. Feehery was selected by the FBI to be its first representative to work with the British Serious Fraud Office in London in investigating the most serious frauds in the United Kingdom. He is a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. Mr. Feehery holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Master's Degree in Business Administration.
