L.D. (Doug) LaManna is a senior investigator and consultant at CFR. He retired from the Bureau of Criminal Investigation after a 24-year career with the New York State Police. He then spent 15 years in the pharmaceutical industry where he held such positions as Senior Director of Global Security at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, Director of Medical Group Security at American Cyanamid Company and Senior Investigator at Merck & Company, Inc. At CFR, Mr. LaManna consults and develops programs for pharmaceutical firms in the areas of product security, product diversion and counterfeiting, product tampering and proprietary information protection. Mr. LaManna has a Bachelor of Science degree from Pace University in New York.
