Cloud, Feehery & Richter, Inc. (CFR) recruits its investigators from federal, state and local law enforcement organizations. CFR also complements its investigative staff with former law enforcement officers who dedicate much of their time working as outside contractors for CFR. Investigative skills acquired over years of experience and complex data analysis are integrated in providing solutions to our client's needs. Field investigations by skilled interviewers coupled with thorough analysis of personal assets, corporate information, public records and profiles of individuals and companies provide the tools for success. CFR uses an assortment of commercial databases to gather information that enhance CFR's goal to provide the highest quality of investigation for the client.

Our investigators employ their expertise and resources in investigating such areas as, product liability, product tampering, corporate sabotage, arson, insurance and reinsurance fraud, bankruptcy matters, securities fraud, corporate due diligence, financial institution fraud, work place violence, corporate personnel problems, partnership disputes, corporate embezzlements, economic espionage and background investigations.

CFR investigators have many hours of experience testifying in criminal court as law enforcement officers as well as at civil court as professional investigators. Our investigators are skilled at various specialties ranging from forensic accounting to security assessment.
